Target identification and tracking for drone-warfare defense, built on SLAM plus Mou's DST spatial decomposition and FLENN. Spatial-subregion parallel detection and tracking.

This is an R&D project of the FLENN program. The cross-project improvement programme that proposes and gates this work is kept separately, in /var/we/rnd/ — a project and the plan to improve it are different things and should not share a directory.
