Jai Alai Forehand Whipthrow
Jai alai, with the fastest moving ball of any game (Guiness Book of
World Records says 188mph), uses a leaning-back posture in its
preferred forehand side throw technique. There can be no question
that this posture is compatible with extreme power and speed.
