Plumbing

Scope:

1.	Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the plumbing work and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following:
a.	Water lines, sanitary sewer lines stubbed out 5 feet from building, and connections to mains
b.	Piping, valves, backflow preventors, vents, floor drains, roof drains, sleeves, hangers, supports, insulation, and accessories needed to complete the work
c.	Fixtures including lavatories, water closets, tubs, sinks, and trim (If fixtures are not selected, include an allowance amount.)
d.	Equipment specified including water heaters, fixtures, stops, valves, and trim
2.	Pressure test lines and connections before they are covered up.
3.	Install dishwasher and disposal.
4.	Obtain permits for the work.
5.	Clean up all materials resulting from the work and remove from the site.

Optional Scope Items:

6.	Connect sanitary sewer to main.
7.	Connect water lines to main.
8.	Install housekeeping equipment pads for mechanical equipment.
9.	Cut, drill, core, and patch as required for this work.
10.	Trench, backfill, and compact as required to perform the work. 
11.	Install temporary water lines and bibs necessary for construction. 
12.	Install gas lines and meter.

Exclusions:

1.	Site water lines
2.	Water meter
3.	Gas meter
4.	Tap fees
5.	Shower pan
6.	Sewer lateral from house to utility line or septic tank
7.	Septic system
8.	Condensation piping for condensation water
