Metal-Railing

Scope:

1.	Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the railing work and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following:
a.	Aluminum railing and accessories required
b.	Coring fasteners, bolts, and anchors needed to secure railing and meet codes
2.	Coordinate the heights of stairrail and guardrail with the builder.
3.	Protect all work from damage until acceptance. 

Optional Scope Items:

4.	Provide shop drawings that are stamped by a registered engineer.
5.	Prepare the surface.
