Finishes-Cabinetry Scope: 1. Provide all labor, material, hand tools, equipment (including safety equipment), supervision, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to install the cabinets and perform all such work in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and other documents that make up the contract documents but not limited to the following: a. Custom and premanufactured cabinets b. Base and upper kitchen cabinets, vanities, utility, wet bar, and bookcases as indicated on the drawings c. Trim molding required at joints, corners, transitions, and cabinet surfaces that meet drywall to eliminate cracks in excess of 1/8 inch d. Laminated countertops and backsplashes 2. Caulk all cracks less than 1/8 inch to match the cabinet or wall. 3. Field measure to assure proper fit of all work after drywall is hung. 4. Clean up all materials resulting from the work and remove from site. 5. Install all work in accordance with specifications, procedures, and practices prescribed by the manufacturer(s). Optional Scope Items: 6. Protect all countertops included in this scope until owner's acceptance. Exclusions: 1. Molded, simulated marble countertops
